This product enables the creation and maintenance of: employee, address, phone, contact, contact address, contact phone, assignment, costing, budget, salary proposal and payment method information.

Features

  • This product encompasses a significant amount of core employee and assignment information including:

             - employee person, address and phone information

             - contact, contact relationship, address and phone information

             - employee assignments

             - salary proposal and approval 

             - costing, payment method and budget information.

  • Information can be downloaded from Oracle, modified and reloaded.
  • A large number of Key and Descriptive flexfields are available with full validation.
  • You can choose to enter data either by using the Employee Form; by importing a file into excel; or by keying / pasting data directly into the worksheet.
  • The optional Employee Form includes data validation and lists of values configured according to your set up.
  • Functionality is modified depending on your system configuration e.g. Business Groups, Legislation Codes, Lists of Values, Flexfields.
  • Error messages and processing statuses are returned to the worksheet. There is no need to go into Oracle Applications to check the transaction status. Errors can be easily corrected and re-loaded.
  • Use multiple sheets and even operate on sheets in other workbooks.

This program uses Oracle API's (Application Programmable Interfaces).  Installation can be performed in minutes by your DBA.

Compatible with Microsoft Excel 2000 and later versions, on any operating system.

Connects to Oracle E-Business Suite from R11i onwards, on any platform.
