Inside Sales Representative (CA, GA, MA, NC, PA, or TX)

About the Job

This role is for hunters who are passionate about lead generation. This is a fast-track position leading to the Business Development Manager role with full sales responsibilities. The purpose of this role is to generate and qualify new sales leads for More4Apps solutions and to achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

This will be achieved by:
  • Identifying new business opportunities by researching accounts, identifying key prospects, and making direct contact through outbound cold calls and emails
  • Qualifying new business opportunities
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the Business Development team
  • Leveraging the More4apps sales and marketing model
  • Creating and managing data in the customer relationship management database

Responsibilities

Investigate
  • Identify and cultivate new sales leads through all available channels including self-directed sales activities, M4A marketing activities; publicly available sources such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, industry events, referrals, prompt follow-up of inbound calls and partner channels.
  • Develop detailed knowledge of M4A company products and solutions, and the designated territory in which they operate.
Relationship Building
  • Develop relationships with new customers by identifying and understanding their needs and problems in order to promote and sell M4A products and solutions.
  • Actively seek and ask prospective and existing clients for referrals and introductions for new business opportunities.
Influence
  • Schedules discovery and demonstration meetings for qualified prospective clients with the Business Development Executive, and effectively hand-off the lead so the Senior Account Executive can complete the sales process.
  • Conduct daily social media activity, to generate customer activity that supports the sales of M4A products and solutions.
  • Attend tradeshows to promote M4A tools and establish new business as required.
  • Proactively work towards achieving periodic sales targets.
Teamwork
  • Collaborating with the Business Development team
  • Communicate regularly with colleagues, management, marketing and other internal teams, keeping them informed on market insights, sales progress and customer feedback.
Record Keeping
  • Expand, develop, and maintains existing database within assigned territory, continuously adding new business opportunities and making direct contact through outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • At least 3 – 5 years of sales experience (preferably in software)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Enterprise Resource Planning, Oracle, and/or accounting industry knowledge is desirable
  • Exposure to formal selling methodologies
