The More4apps story
An idea, born over lunch.
Oracle can be complex, but managing your ERP data doesn't have to be. The same tools that started as a side project for a handful of consultants now power data work inside 450+ enterprises.
More4apps is a privately held company with a board of five shareholders, governed by a non-executive Chairman. All shareholders remain active in management roles within the business.
2000
A lunch in New Zealand
A group of Oracle consultants notice a pattern across every project: data conversion. SQL Loader scripts work, but they're slow, error-prone, and a security risk.
2000
"Half-joking" prototype
The developer of the group suggests building something that loads data from Excel directly into Oracle E-Business Suite. Months later, a prototype is in front of real customers.
2002
More4apps is born
After fine-tuning the tools on early adopters, More4apps is officially founded — Excel as the user interface, Oracle as the source of truth.
2020
ERP Cloud Toolbox launches
A purpose-built C# Excel add-in for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, extending the same workflow that customers love to the cloud era.
