Outside Sales Representative – Full-time role – Immediate start available

To support our sales growth we are looking for an experienced Sales Representative.

The purpose of this role is to generate new sales for More4Apps solutions in a designated territory; meeting sales targets; generating revenue growth and increased market share.

The role is primarily based at our Newport Beach office, reporting directly to our Sales Manager and working closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Presales teams. We are looking for motivated, self-starters looking to make an impact on the company’s success as well in their own careers.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary, sales commission plan and opportunity for individual performance bonuses.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifying, qualifying and closing new business opportunities
  • Achieving and surpassing quarterly sales targets.
  • Developing relationship with new and existing customers in order to promote and sell More4Apps solutions.
  • Communicating the benefits of More4Apps solutions to current and new prospective customers.
  • Working with More4Apps Sales, Presales, and Marketing teams to maximize business opportunities.
  • Regularly reviewing all forecast opportunities with the Sales Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales or account management experience. Prior sales experience in SaaS, Telecom or Software sales a plus.
  • Attitude is key! Must be a self-starting, results oriented professional.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously to achieve sales targets.
  • Proven ability to self-manage, persevere and work positively in a challenging and demanding work environment.
  • Experience in Oracle EBS systems would be highly regarded but not essential.
  • Availability to travel within the US (approximately 25% of time).

Inside Sales Representative – Full time role – Immediate start available.

To support our sales growth we are looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative. The inside sales rep role is responsible for generating new business opportunities for the outside sales team by interacting with current and new prospective customers.

This position is an active selling role, responsible for updating customer contact information, informing customers of More4Apps solutions, identifying sales opportunities and transitioning qualified opportunities to the outside sales team. We are looking for motivated, self-starters looking to make an impact on the company’s success as well in their own careers.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary and opportunity for individual performance bonuses.  Based on success the candidate will have additional opportunities for career advancement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Maintain specified call volumes per day
  • Identify new business opportunities for the outside sales team and channel partners.
  • Communicate the benefits of More4Apps solutions to current and new prospective customers.
  • Achieve and surpass quarterly targets and goals.
  • Work with More4Apps Sales, Presales, and Marketing teams to maximize business opportunities.
  • Regularly review forecast opportunities with Inside Sales Team Lead.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Attitude is key! Must be a self-starting, results oriented professional
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with both internal and external customers
  • Must have ability to communicate on the phone 80 percent or more of shift
  • Prior Inside Sales experience in SaaS, Telecom or Software sales a plus

What we need from our Content Creator:

  • An exemplary writer with a high standard of written English; able to provide engaging, concise and polished copies to prescribed audiences on a daily basis (we work a 37.5hr week, in a great office environment and expect thinking/ output to be outstanding; we come to work to make ourselves, and others, shine).
  • The ability to understand target audiences and create pieces that engage, inform and motivate action.
  • Has a predisposition to hold a positive attitude when handling multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoys working in a highly collaborative environment as part of a generously supportive team who work toward mutual success (this might sound like hogwash but it is true! We choose to be successful and make sure we are).
  • Understands the basic workings of large-scale enterprise.
  • Experience in writing a broad range of print, web, press and social media communications (this year we are building our new website so it is going to be FULL ON).
  • Experience in journalism, communications, business, marketing, or related field.
  • Enjoys keeping up-to-date on current trends in business technology and actively translates relevant motivations behind these trends to their written creations.
