The Complication
Part of its project management scope was to ensure organized project budgets with accurate and up-to-date Oracle master data. However, the Oracle systems were not effectively influencing their data.

Debbie Canole, a Systems Analyst at WSP, explains how the business struggled with its data processes.
“Our people are working on large breakdown structures, which are complex and ever-changing,” Canole said.
